Registration fees
  • Participation fee full paper author - 300 Eur
  • Discounted IEEE member fee (paper authors): 250 EUR
  • Discounted student fee (paper authors): 250 EUR
  • Participation fee for students (Young Researchers Track, poster or oral presentation, without publication in conference proceedings) - 150 Eur
  • All registration fees include access to all conference sessions, the conference dinner, buffet-style lunches, and coffee breaks.

Payment details

Please pay the registration fee only after you have received confirmation that your paper, poster, or presentation has been accepted. Payment could be submitted by bank transfer or by using online payment option through the following link.

When paying by bank transfer, the following information must be indicated in the payment order: eStream2026, name of the institution, participant’s full name, and, for discounted fees, the relevant justification (IEEE Member number or student status/programme).

The deadline for payment is April 10, 2026.
