Requirements for submitting of papers
The 13th Open International Conference “Electrical, Electronic and Information Sciences” (eStream 2026) invites high-quality submissions presenting original research, emerging results, and innovative industrial perspectives in the broad fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and information sciences. The conference brings together researchers, graduate students, and industry experts to exchange ideas and advance multidisciplinary collaboration.
Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements and provided that at least one co-author presents the paper in person at the conference.
eStream welcomes contributions in (but not limited to) the following areas:
• Electronics in Defence Applications and Dual-use Technologies
• Communication, Networking and Broadcast Technologies
• Electronic Components, Circuits, Devices and Systems
• Computing and Processing
• Electromagnetic Phenomena and Radio Wave Propagation
• Electrical Power and Energy Storage Applications
• Robotics and Control Systems
• Signal Processing and Analysis

• Full Papers Submission Deadline: 15 February 2026
• Poster Proposals Submission Deadline: 1 March 2026
• Notification of Acceptance: 15 March 2026
• Final Paper Submission: 15 April 2026

Types of Submissions
1. Full Papers
Submission: technical or policy papers presenting significant research results
Length: 4-6 pages, IEEE 2-column format, see below for guidelines.
Presentation: oral or poster.
Publication: eligible for IEEE Xplore (subject to quality evaluation and acceptance through peer review process).
2. Poster Presentations (Young Researchers Track for Master and PhD students)
Submission: extended abstract (1 page) describing the topic of the poster presentation.
Presentation: A0 portrait poster, see below for guidelines.
Full Papers Guidelines
Papers must be prepared in English using the standard IEEE conference template (Microsoft Word). Only PDF files will be accepted for review.

Poster Guidelines
Posters must be prepared in A0 portrait format (841 mm × 1189 mm) and begin with a centered title in bold, large font, followed by the presenting author and co-authors in bold, listing IEEE membership and contact e-mails, and then centered affiliations in a smaller regular font.
All remaining content should be clearly structured into readable sections and designed to be easily legible from several meters away. Acknowledgements may be placed at the bottom of the poster.
Review Criteria
All submissions will be evaluated based on:
– relevance to the conference scope;
– originality and novelty;
– technical quality and clarity;
– contribution to multidisciplinary research.
