Guidelines for Authors
  • All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings "New Trends in Contemporary Economics, Business and Management" and subsequently submitted for indexing.
  • Previous Conference Proceedings (2010–2022) have been included in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), an integrated index within Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics). Proceedings from 2024 have already been indexed in Scopus and are currently being reviewed for inclusion in Web of Science database.

Only original papers should be submitted. Organisers will use plagiarism detection system to screen submitted papers for originality.

All the competitive papers will be single-blind reviewed, with at least two reviewers assigned to each article in an issue.

The proceeding will be published by VILNIUS TECH Press. The papers will be copyedited only, hence, the authors have to ensure the proficiency in English. Manuscripts are assessed for English language quality, so authors whose first language is not English are strongly advised to have their work reviewed by a native English speaker before submitting it.

All the papers ought to be submitted electronically as an MS Word document file prepared using a relevant Template (see below).

The authors of the best papers will be invited to publish their research in one of the conference partner journals:

Article Requirements:

1.
The article, including all titles, tables, figures and references, must not exceed 10 pages in total.
2.
The abstract should not exceed 200 words.
3.
Submitted manuscripts must be in English.
4.
Please use the template provided below for article preparation.

The deadline for paper submission is February 28, 2026.

 

When the abstract is accepted you will get a notification by e-mail and only then you will be able to upload the full paper to the Conference system. To upload the full paper, you need to log into the conference submission system page.
