    Participation fee (for lead author) – Abstract (Book of Abstracts): EUR 300
    Participation fee (for co-author or accompanying person, if attending in person): EUR 150
  • Virtual participation fee – Full Paper (Conference Proceedings): EUR 250
    Virtual participation fee – Abstract (Book of Abstracts): EUR 150
  • PhD Student Discount: EUR 50 off the participation fee

The deadline for payment is April 10, 2027.

Request for Proforma invoice: If your institution requires proforma invoice to process a bank transfer, please contact Kotryna Katinaitė, e-mail: busmanage@vilniustech.lt. Also please include your institution's full billing details (Official Name, Address, and VAT/Tax Code) in your email.
