Information for Participants
- Conference will be held on 15th of April 2026 in live:
- Session "Information Technology Security" –
15:30-21:00 in S4 A08 auditorium - Session "Information Systems" –
15:00-19:30 in S4 Sustainability Center hall
- Session "Information Technology Security" –
- Conference working language (slides, presentations, discussion) – English
- Participants of the "Information Technology Security" session have to prepare ~10 min. presentation on their topic. It is not required to prepare a manuscript.
- Participants of the "Information Systems" session have to prepare posters instead of regular presentations:
- A poster presentation must be prepared on a vertical sheet not smaller than A1 format (594 × 841 mm).
- The title of the presentation must be placed at the top of the poster; below it, the aim of the study and the results should be presented.
- It is recommended to use a font size of at least 26 pt (Times New Roman, Calibri or Tahoma) with line spacing of no less than single spacing.
- The text in the poster presentation should occupy no more than 50% of the poster area (the remaining space is intended for illustrations).
- Only the title of the presentation and the headings of its most important sections or elements should be written in capital letters.
- Illustrations (tables, figures and photographs) may be of various sizes; however, any text in them must be clearly visible and legible.
- By looking at the poster, a conference participant should be able to form a general overview of the material and easily read the written text.
- On the day of the conference, during registration, participants must submit their printed posters to the organizers, who will ensure that they are displayed in the designated area.
- The best presenters will be awarded with additional point for the master thesis defense according to the order by the Prorector for Studies.
- The best papers can be selected for publication in the journal „Science – Future of Lithuania“ or „New Trends in Computer Sciences“.
- Participation in the conference is free.
