Open Call for Poster Session
INVITATION TO POSTER SESSION
We are pleased to invite you to the 7th Forum Wood Building Baltic, part of the FORUM HOLZBAU network, which will feature a scientific conference and an accompanying exhibition of companies in timber construction.
The forum seeks to connect academia with design and construction practices by exploring current international topics in timber architecture, engineering, and technology. It targets construction professionals, including architects, engineers, developers, contractors, producers, heritage preservers, urban planners, and designers. Both local and international experts will present at the conference.
We welcome students, professionals of related field to present a poster during the conference.
Requirements:
  • Suggest a poster until 9th February, 2026 (agne.vete@vilniustech.lt)
  • Poster size: 70x200 cm (One poster)
  • Poster should be prepared in a digital high-quality format suitable for printing (200 dpi, PDF format)
  • A 0.25 pt outline must be applied around the perimeter of the poster (for convenient cutting of the poster)
  • A banner with the logos of the conference organisers and partners must be placed at the bottom of the poster, which is you can download here in pdf or jpg format.
  • Poster cannot be used as a company advertisement
  • There is no limit to the number of poster authors, but only one of the authors will be able to participate in the event free of charge
Till 13th February, notifications will be sent to those whose posters will be kindly asked to be presented during the event, 26-27 February in Vilnius, and further information.
Organisers take responsibility for printing and exhibiting posters.
