Abstract

The paper examines virtual organization personnel motivation problem. It describes the importance of people motivation in order to achieve the best value for organization. Paper briefly describes motivational theories, their origin and main features. It proposes virtual organization’s working principles and main problems arising from non-traditional working conditions, advantages and disadvantages for virtual organization itself and for employees. The paper proposes virtual organization personnel motivation system with 5 steps and description of the features and design principles. Based on scientific research, identifies the key motivating factors for virtual organization employees, gives the description of material and non-material motivational factors, describes their importance and value for organization.
