This paper analyses theories and terms defining the role of competency in organizations. The principal issue – lack of management competency and influence while making innovative decisions. It compares findings from scientific research as well as different terms used to describe certain notions and factors which determine results. Moreover, it explains the characteristics of innovative solutions and gives the analysis of the role of consumers. It also gives the comparison and interpretation of different studies made by scientific journals explaining the different meanings and environments of innovative theories by putting emphasis on different components. Furthermore it analyses the behaviour of management, the link relationship between its knowledge, creativity and innovative solutions. It also compares the subjects which have an effect on making those decisions. Ultimately, it describes the importance of innovations as far as international organization are concerned giving the particular attention on the economical and organizational level. It relies on scientific articles, journals, monographs and other sources to explain the process of innovations in terms of consumers.
