Impact of information technologies on human resource management in the logistics sector

The article reviews the concept and system of human resource management. The main processes of logistics activities and human resources management are analyzed and information technologies are used to manage these processes. Empirical methods are described, which in a further study will help to analyze the impact of information technology on the human resource management of companies in the logistics sector. The aim of the research is to reveal the human resource management system, to identify the logistics sector and human resource management processes and the information technologies used to manage those processes, and to determine the factors determining the development of information technology. To achieve the goal of the research, the analysis of scientific literature and the method of questionnaire survey are used.
