A methodology of multi-criteria evaluation of quality of performance of enterprises

Abstract

In this paper an alternative method of evaluating quality of performance of an enterprise is analysed. Performance of an enterprise is reflected with a number of quantitative criteria of different dimensions, which values can vary in opposite directions. Particularities of values of the criteria make comparison of quality of performance of enterprises complicated. Difficulty of the task of evaluation increases furthermore because of the fact that importance of the criteria considerable varies. In order to make a complex and comprehensive evaluation of quality of performance on an enterprise, a multi-criteria method was proposed.
