Abstract

Long-term unemployed - that is quite large, and one of the most vulnerable population groups, which is not always an objective understanding of their position in the labor market. The most common long-term unemployed, low educational attainment, the gap between the labor market, lack of qualifications, unemployment, inactivity leads to a lasting solution to the problem complexity. This article discusses how long-term unemployed people in key stages of career planning tools used to promote long-term unemployed to enter the job market. Based on scientific literature, the concept of career planning and the value of the underlying theory, career planning phase and the tools used.
