Abstract

The paper deals with the framework of consolidated assessment of a totality of composite business competitiveness indicators for a specific manufacturing enterprise based on the multiple criteria of the Simple Additive Weighting method as well as developed assessment principles and models. The assessment process includes establishment of pillar indexes and determination of the total competitiveness index. The identified non-financial competitiveness indicators were assessed by applying the performed process to a Lithuanian manure manufacturing enterprise according to the 2013 situation and the scenario of predicted changes of the examined indicators.
