Framework for development of city’s intelligence

Abstract

The diversity of theories analysing intelligence of the city brings some misunderstandings as well as fragmented attempts to explain the background for development of this phenomenon. Therefore the aim of the article is to present an integrated framework for development of city’s intelligence. The article discusses theoretical background for development of city’s intelligence and provides an integrated model based on intelligence, productive knowledge creation, decision making and empowering infrastructure. The research methods used are critical analysis of scientific literature and modelling.
