Universal basic income economic and social preconditions

Economic uncertainty accelerated the debate on how to improve welfare and provide basic standards of living in case of job loss. Although various welfare programs have been introduced, most matured to more mainstream economic consideration – Universal Basic Income (UBI). Purpose of the article – to analyse UBI economic and social preconditions. Tasks of the article: analyse the scientific literature and statistic data on UBI implementation based on economic and social aspects, discuss emerging questions and trials around the world. Research question: universality of the UBI model in differently economically developed countries.
