The impact of sustainable user experience on sustainable development

This article examines user experience, sustainable user experience, and sustainable development. The user experience is focused on sustainable development. Well-designed e-commerce solutions increase consumer awareness. A clear and transparent interface between the consumer and information technology encourages more responsible purchasing decisions. A transparent and clear user experience can contribute to reducing impulsive consumption. The hypothesis that sustainability measures implemented in e-shops encourage consumers to purchase goods and services there has not been confirmed, as the sustainability messages/measures integrated into the purchasing process are not sufficiently noticeable or clear.
