In the growing online world, websites stand out as dynamic hubs of commerce and technological innovation. The changing trends in online commerce are shaping how people make purchases, the need for identity verification to ensure that shopping remains secure, while customer feedback helps companies adapt, innovate and improve their work. The Article analyses theoretical aspects of user experience and the user experience on the Internet, as well as presents the cases of user experience in the online space. The user experience in the online space determines whether the user will want to return and use the product again, purchase the service, or recommend it to others, however, it is the totality of emotional, practical and personal reactions that arise when using the product or service interface. UX in Amazon, Zalando and Zoom were analysed. Each of these UX case studies is a great example of how to effectively present design decisions and outcomes. Each case study demonstrates the designer’s insights, key skills and the lessons learned from their experiences.
