Abstract

This article examines the user experience, social accountability, and the connection between consumer experience and corporate social responsibility. The article aims to assess the user experience of corporate social responsibility. The analysis of the scientific literature has shown that organizations develop culture and take into account the user experience when implementing the company activities. It is not enough to determine the user engagement in the context of social responsibility. As the user engagement declines, marketing professionals are looking for the ways to attract consumers and create brand value. It is important to determine the relationship between the user experience and social responsibility and to identify both positive and negative motives that encourage consumer engagement or determine the user non-involvement in the context of social responsibility.
