Karinio poligono projektavimas geografinėmis informacinėmis sistemomis

Straipsnyje analizuojamas karinių poligonų projektavimas pasitelkiant geografines informacines sistemas (GIS). Atlikta mokslinės literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, nagrinėjant GIS ir nuotolinių tyrimų technologijų taikymo galimybes šiame procese. Remiantis tarptautiniais tyrimais apibendrinami pagrindiniai karinio poligono kūrimo etapai – strateginis planavimas, vietos parinkimas, generalinio plano projektavimas, detalusis projektavimas, saugos analizė, poveikio aplinkai ir triukšmo vertinimas bei eksploatacijos planavimas. Aptariamos skaitmeninių reljefo modelių, LiDAR duomenų, bepiločių orlaivių (UAV) fotogrametrijos ir kitų nuotolinių tyrimų metodų galimybės vertinant reljefą, augaliją, infrastruktūrą ir šaudymo saugos zonas. Taip pat nagrinėjamos erdvinių duomenų tikslumo ir prieinamumo, aplinkosaugos bei karinės infrastruktūros derinimo su civiliniais interesais problemos. Literatūros analizė parodė, kad GIS ir nuotolinių tyrimų technologijų integravimas gali padėti priimti labiau pagrįstus sprendimus projektuojat saugias ir veiksmingai kariniam rengimui pritaikytas teritorijas.
