Perdirbtų plastikų naudojimas 3D spausdinimo gijoms gaminti ir jų savybių tyrimas

Didėjantis plastiko atliekų kiekis ir ribotos jų perdirbimo galimybės skatina ieškoti sprendimų, leidžiančių antrines žaliavas panaudoti tvariems produktams gaminti. Viena iš perspektyvių krypčių yra perdirbtų plastikų naudojimas 3D spausdinimo gijoms gaminti. Šiame tyrime analizuotas perdirbtų plastikų taikymas 3D spausdinimo gijoms gaminti ir jų savybių įvertinimas. Laboratorinėmis sąlygomis ekstruzijos būdu iš perdirbtų LDPE, HDPE ir PP-ET plastikų pagamintos 3D spausdinimo gijos, pritaikytos 3D spausdinimui, o iš jų atspausdintų bandinių mechaninės savybės įvertintos atliekant tempimo bandymus. Taip pat vertintas gijų formavimo ir spausdinimo proceso stabilumas. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad perdirbti plastikai gali būti naudojami 3D spausdinimo gijoms gaminti, tačiau jų mechaninės savybės priklauso nuo plastiko tipo, parinktų technologinių parametrų, medžiagos sudėties bei naudojamų priedų.
