EnglishAbstract
This paper presents the concept of a digital twin for the VILNIUS TECH Sustainability Hub (buildings S4 and S5) integrating BIM (Revit/IFC), dynamic energy simulation and measured operational data (indoor climate and district heating consumption). A simplified monthly calculation in Excel and an annual dynamic simulation in IDA ICE were performed and compared with measured heat consumption over two heating seasons. Two envelope improvement scenarios (lower wall U-value for S5 and lower window U-value) were assessed, and the use-stage (B6) CO₂ emissions were estimated using an emission factor of 0.20 tCO₂/MWh.
