Enhancing the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector through the use of environmentally friendly technologies

As the challenges of climate change and resource depletion grow, companies in the manufacturing sector must adopt environmentally sustainable technologies in order to remain competitive. The objective of this study is to assess the impact of the application of advanced and green technologies on the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in European countries. The study employed the COPRAS multi-criteria evaluation method, analyzing manufacturing sectors based on criteria related to the use of information and communication technologies and resource efficiency.
