Participation Description Conference Fee
Welcome reception Fee includes a fantastic way to meet new people and get a gauge of how the next few days are going to go. The Welcome reception is usually a time to speak, socialize, and enjoy entertainment. 150 Eur
Participant (oral or poster presentation) Fee includes attendance to all conference sessions, publishing the paper(s), other conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala Dinner. 450 Eur*

Student*** (oral or poster presentation). Valid student card/ID with picture should be presented during registration. Fee includes attendance to all conference sessions, publishing the paper(s), other conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches. 250 Eur*

300 Eur**
Accompanying person Fee includes participation without publishing, attendance to all conference sessions, other conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala Dinner. 300 Eur*

350 Eur**
Cultural tour Fee includes attendance to organizers prepared cultural tour on May 15, 2026. 50 Eur
Company presentation and/or equipment Fee includes attendance to all conference sessions, publishing the paper(s), other conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala Dinner. Please contact organizing committee

The Welcome reception and Cultural tour registration is extra for all registrants.

Authors (including co-authors) may submit ONE manuscript for one registration fee; for each additional manuscript published an additional fee must be paid.

Deadline for payments for all conference authors of the articles is February 28, 2026.
