The Conference is organised by the Faculty of Civil Engineering of VILNIUS TECH. The Conference will be held in VILNIUS TECH, Address: Saulėtekio al. 11, Vilnius, 10223 Lithuania. University is located about 6 km from city center. Conference dates: May 12-15, 2026.

    Ferries to Lithuania (Klaipėda city) are going from Germany, Sweden and Denmark. From Klaipėda you can reach Vilnius by train (from the railway station), by bus (from the bus station) or by car.

    In Lithuania you will find good motor highway connections between the main cities. Note that you will need to have your health and car insurances.
Accommodation
The participants of the Conference are welcome to stay at any different Hotel in Vilnius. As a suggestion, it is recommended to stay in the Vilnius city center. The MBMBST2026 Organizing Committee suggests staying at either of the following:

Reservation of rooms must be made by the participants themselves.

The easiest ways to travel in Vilnius:
Public transport (bus, trolleybus). It is possible to buy tickets from the driver (cash only); however, we recommend buying an electronic public transport card (day ticket) – “Vilniečio kortelė (Vilnius Resident Card)“. You can buy it in many places distribution places (including Vilnius airport). Short-term tickets and day tickets are available.
A trip planner can be found on judu.lt website or public transport app Trafi or m.Ticket, which includes e-tickets, maps, buses and trolleybuses routes, etc.
Ride-sharing: BOLT or eTAKSI apps.
Passport, Visa
Please carefully check passport and visa regulations for travel to Lithuania. The official invitations will be prepared by Secretary or Chairman of your section upon such request.
Social Programme
The organisers will prepare several social events during the Conference. The conference Gala Dinner will be organised for the participants also.
