Electronic business in the insurance sector

Abstract

Nowadays frequently traditional business processes are carried out to electronic space. Each companys‘ executive, who want to be competitive and expand to new markets, must integrate in-formation technology into existing business processes. This trend is prevailed to insurance industry, therefore insurance companies try to integrate chosen e. business model to their activity and want to have more possibilities from it. This paper reports on the study of e. business: conception, development, models, its adaptation, IT integration to the insurance sector. Methods used: science literature review, data analysis.
