Lithuanian construction industry and the national economic development relationship

Abstract

The article deals with the long period of theoretical development relationship of domestic economic development and the construction sector. According to scientific literature, analysis of the construction industry responds to changes in economic development. According to the correlation regression analysis is determined a link between the Lithuanian construction sector and GDP and it’s strenght. The study applied econometric methodology based on the development of foreign scientists hypotheses of construction evaluating whether the Lithuanian construction sector in the general construction of the development paradigm. In the last part is checked to match Bono's international construction development model is valid in the Lithuanian construction sector in 1995-2010 period of development.
