Electronic consumer behavior models

Companies usually use behavior models in order to understand the consumers. They (companies) try to understand decision making process which quite often ends by deciding to buy something. In the article different (traditional and electronic) models are analyzed. The main advantages and disadvantages are distinguished in order to compare these models. It is found that consumer behavior in cyberspace to understand the use of traditional patterns of behavior.
