Problems of processes of knowledge management assessment

Abstract

The discussions about issues of knowledge management were started around 1980. During this period the knowledge management has changed several developmental stages. It changed from the alignment of knowledge management and technologies of information to the current knowledge management. Though knowledge management has become without controversy, there are still many questions on how organizations can use processes of knowledge management in their practice. Organizations have to learn to manage their knowledge and techniques of certain knowledge management assessment that will help to achieve desired benefits and to facilitate the solution of problems in each process of knowledge management.
