Abstract

Business management system concept and overview of the scientific literature which focuses on how different BMS concepts and approaches work is examined. Most common problems presented by various authors that are not given sufficient attention during the installation process of business management systems in organizations. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the following main problems have been identified which can be divided into four categories - organizational, social, technical and economic feasibility. It was concluded that prioritized and the most important groups are economic and organizational . Statistical representation of information technology usage in e-business of Lithuanian organizations.
