Abstract

Successful organization development is especially related with installation of the newest information technologies. So in this article it is overlooked the information technologies impact on organization and its management structure. The particularity of organization staff management was analyzed. The problem of information technologies efficiency was touched. The analysis of information technologies dangers was performed.
