Small business environment systematic interpretation

Abstract

The article explains the legal framework to carry out independent economic activities within the civil, tax and organizational norms. Different definitions of the existing legal norms, complementing and the separation of business activities from the activities carried out independently. The small business segment was chosen, specified the variety of activities within the small business environment participants, as effectively as possible in order to for maximum efficiency in terms of taxation to implement any kind of business, commercial or industrial activities. Introducing the small business environment participants' characteristics, such as continuity, independence and pursuing of profit. The statistics shows the small business environment influence of the Lithuanian economy. The systematic approach in a small segment environment of the business is setting out by authors.
