Actuallities of the causes of poorness in Lithuania

Despite the fact, that economy is growing, minimal wage is raised some people are destined to experience poverty. Even the most developed countries could not avoid this phenomenon. Poverty is the main social problem of all countries measured by a list of basic necessities and other essentials that change over time and cannot be bought by a person living in indigence. One of the most widely used methods of measuring poverty is an income assessment. There are plenty of scientific research where poverty is linked with low income. Referring to that, this article will analyse what is poverty, what causes it, and indigence levels according to localities. To reach this goal: systematic literature analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlational and multinomial correlational regression analysis will be applied.
