Abstract

Venture capital firms around the world are seeking to attract more and more talent, with extensive and concentrated experience and certain personal qualities. However, an employee with a lot of experience and relevant qualities is becoming more and more desirable in the entire labor market. This paper describes the main features of the profile of employees of venture capital companies, the identification of talents, and their connection with the existing labor market. The problem of attracting talent of venture capital companies is examined, the expectations of potential employees for companies are distinguished, and their needs are reviewed, taking into account the problem of the lack of a vertical career in venture capital companies. According to the pilot experimental evaluation, by analyzing the importance of individual motivational measures, policies and measures for attracting potential employees in venture capital companies are defined.
