Analysis of the diversity of management solutions for the development of airlines

Abstract

Aviation industry is an integral part of society today. Aviation often faces an incredible number of challenges: a global pandemic, economic change, terrorist attacks. The article analyzes management methods that allow us to understand how organizations can flourish and actively develop development. The concept of the development of organizational activities is revealed, and the variety of solutions for the development of organizational activities is examined. The article substantiates the effectiveness of management decisions in relation to organizations by examining the structure of modern management decisions. Solutions for the sustainable development of airline operations are presented and compared, which justify the existing shortcomings in the organizations. Ways of implementing the organization’s strategy are analyzed, because in a constantly changing environment, it is necessary to create new ways that would help organizations thrive. The purpose of the study is to systematize the most effective ways of ensuring the development of organizations’ activities. To achieve the goal, a systematic method of scientific literature analysis, summarization, grouping, synthesis method is used.
