Abstract

Insurance services not only provide user protection, but also promote economic development. It observe that the development of insurance services is higher in economically developed countries compared to economically less developed countries. The main products of the insurance sector are health, property and life. The needs for these insurance services are becoming more and more necessary and important, since the services of the insurance sector ensure the financial stability of households, companies, and health. The first part of this article analyzes the concept of the insurance sector, presents the main types of insurance and their concepts, the second part examines the research methodology and the third part analyzes the changes in the development of insurance services in the countries of the European Union.
