Evaluation of the biotechnology sector and improvement of management systems

Abstract

The biotechnology sector has become an integral part of the modern world. Life-based science and technology is saving and ensuring a healthier and more sustainable world. The rapid growth and development of this sector is fraught with high risks, which calls for a strong focus on the organization and management of biotechnology production processes. The object of the research of this article is the biotechnology sector and the concept of management systems. The paper conducts empirical research in the biotechnology sector and evaluates the improvement of management systems by analysing the scientific literature and comparing examples from companies.
