Public pre-school education institutions aim to ensure the quality of a child’s personality development. In order to achieve an ever-improving result, changes are needed, the implementation of which is often reacted negatively by employees due to uncertainty. It has been observed that staff feel better and more receptive when school management operates democratically and creates smooth communication channels leading to awareness of the importance of change and clarity in its management, so communication is one of the factors that helps to successfully plan change. The aim of this article is to determine which means of communication are most effective in designing change in pre-school education. The research data consists of the results of scientific literature and bibliometric analysis. The results obtained during the analysis of scientific publications and their citations, as well as the scientific literature, helped to evaluate and determine which means of communication are most effective in pre-school education institutions.
