Evaluation of continuity decisions for organizations in the context of contingencies

In today’s world, there are so many contingencies that have become a challenge for organizations and have encouraged the organization to respond proactively to making a change in management decision. The ability and effort of organizations to try to reduce risk and adapt to rapidly changing conditions is a very difficult and complex task. The aim of this scientific article is to characterize contingencies, identify the concept of change management, examine the main models of change that can reduce the risk of the organization in the context of contingencies, classify the types and methods of development management solution. The aim of this article is to systematize the factors that determine the quality of decision evaluation. Therefore, for the purpose of this scientific article, the analysis of scientific literature, intelligence empirical research at the level of the private Lithuanian economic third industry sector and TOPSIS method of multi-criteria decision evaluation were applied to the empirical research.
