Model of service business adjustment management using sustainable handling principles

Modern business, especially the service sector, is constantly faced with change and its governance issues. The article analyzes the problems of change management, applying the principles of sustainable management, in the service business. Based on the latest research conducted by Lithuanian and foreign authors, the concept of business change and change management models are analyzed, and sustainable management tools are identified. Instead of research accuracy - to theoretically substantiate and develop a business management change management model, applying the principle of sustainable management, identifying not only management tools, but also the reasons that encourage business to achieve sustainable development in their organizations. The basis of the analysis of the latest scientific and applied works is the developed theoretical model of change management, which is studied applied to organizations in the service business sector. The study found that sustainable leadership, the opinion of scholars, is a new approach to the organization of leadership, it is the primary precondition for the sustainable development of organizations through cooperation, applying the principles of democracy.
