Evaluation of the effectiveness of motivation of employees of public sector organizations

Improving human resource management functions and procedures in the public sector is an ongoing and everchanging process. A key aspect that distinguishes more successful organizations from less successful ones is the motivation of their employees. Maintaining motivation is a complex process involving personal characteristics, outcomes, working conditions, and the work environment. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of motivation on employee performance in public organizations, as well as to expand the understanding of the links between public sector work motivation and performance. This paper will analyze the methods used by employers to motivate employees, determine the extent to which external motivation influences employee performance and how motivation relates to employee work and examine how internal motivation affects employee performance. Using descriptive statistics, the external benefits of motivation in public sector organizations will be highlighted, and a questionnaire survey will be conducted and conducted in organizations / corporations operating in the public sector.
