Abstract

The digitalization of activities in the banking sector not only affects changes in bank customer service, but also poses challenges to the human resources working in the banking sector. E-banking has become a common area of banking, requiring not only the involvement of IT professionals, but also the training of all employees to use digital operational resources. The intensification of the development of information technologies leading to digitalization processes has allowed banks to take care not only of servicing business and private customers, but also allowed to take care of prevention of cybercrime based on digital technologies. The change in the human resources structure of banks has necessitated a different approach to strategic human resources management in the banking sector. The aim of the study is to identify and systematize the digitalization processes of banking activities that affect human resource management, and to propose a model of strategic human resources management to respond to digitization processes in the banking sector.
