Abstract

Social networks provide businesses with an opportunity not only to communicate with customers, introduce an innovative product to the market but also to improve the company’s internal environment related to employees. It is only building a company image towards the customer, it is also a great way for the employee to involve in organizational activities, generation of modern ideas, solutions. In order for businesses to use social networks, it is advisable to name what strategies they will have to act on, what tasks will have to be performed to get only benefits from social networks. To achieve this, it is not enough to invest in social networks alone, business must not forget employees and create an open and transparent environment for them to feel happy, only in this way can the return on investment be expected, as employees are the most important in business. In this article examines the problem of activities in social networks to improve the organization’s relations with employees, when the rapid growth of social networks in society influenced changes in individuals opportunities for communication and collaboration. The purpose of the article is to present the results of the analysis of social networks and research results, how the use of social networks could be to the benefit of the business and the pursuit of better organizational relationships with employees. The structure of the article fits for purpose - presents the analysis of the scientific literature and summary, questionnaire, in - depth interview.
