The application of means and methods of digital search and selection of human resources in Lithuanian organizations

Digitization - is the process of transferring information from the physical to the digital space. In recent years the digitization of human resource management has been increasing, especially in the processes of scouting and recruiting of potential employees. The methods of digital scouting and recruiting of human resources has become the object of scientific research. The use of these contemporary methods have become crucial for employers in order to make the recruitment process more efficient and to position the company in an attractive way in the labor market. Active use of social networking, digital search, artificial intelligent (AI) adaptation, process robotization as well as implementation of digital means for recruitment determine change in the recruitment field. Moreover, the decision, which of these means to apply in order to attract the most competent workers becomes challenging. The aim of this article is to create an evaluation model, comprising factors, that determine the selection of digital means of scouting and recruiting of human resources in the business sector. The methods used in this research are as follows: survey, expert survey, process analysis, case analysis. The results of the research are presented graphically and using tables, created on the basis of the answers, provided by the respondents. The findings and conclusions are presented at the end of the article.
