Abstract

In modern society, both businesses and public institutions are more frequently trying to move their activities to the cyberspace, but this is not always done qualitatively. This study analyzes the Central Electoral Commission’s e-service web page for voters, election participants and organizers. The aim is to examine the popularity, relevance, advantages and disadvantages of this web page, ways to increase the activity of website users and voters. The research is conducted by analyzing the academic literature and secondary data, using the observational study, survey and focus group methods of research. The results of the survey showed that the majority of voters are unaware of the existence of the “Voter Page”, that the members of the election commission rate the “Voter Page for Organizers” positively but use it minimally due to complicated and inconvenient design. Many respondents would like to be able to vote remotely, but the topic of cyber security should be analyzed.
