Abstract

The article presents the concept of employees’ satisfaction work, based on the data of comparative and logical analysis, the factors and their grouping are discussed, the attitude of employees towards the professional activity is discussed. A systematic analysis of scientific literature leads to the assumption that work satisfaction relates to the existence of employees’ positive emotions due to the duties performed and the surrounding working environment. In addition, when interpreting scientific literature, the worker's attitude to work is assessed, depending on the individual provisions: motivations at work, opportunities to choose freely, the commonality of the company's and employee's values, and other personal factors. Also, by grouping and comparing the work of various authors, a combination of factors of satisfaction with professional activity is suggested. It has been found that the factors of job satisfaction are divided into external, including wages, managerial position, work schedule, existing conditions or promotion opportunities, and internal, gender, age, ability to communicate with colleagues, education or experience.
