Abstract

The real estate market of Lithuania is growing rapidly. Over the last 10 years, the Vilnius office market has grown from 200,000 m2 to 600,000 m2, it shows double growth. Quality presentation of company in website is becoming an important aspect, so the aim of the article is to determine quality evaluation specifics for websites of real estate organizations. First of all, there are analyzed the tools and methods of quality evaluation of websites in scientific and methodical literature. Second, there is formed research methodology. And finally, leading real estate organization's websites research is done to determine their specifics. The result of article is determined specifics of website quality evaluation of real estate organizations. The following methods are used in the article: analysis of scientific and methodological sources, systematization of information, comparison, graphical representation, and observation.
