Abstract

The loss of work could be directly linked to the unemployment rate. The unemployed residents is a major problem for a country, hence it is important to reduce the number of jobless people paying attention not only on balancing the new work-places, different possibilities to provide a job for people and increasing the income level, but also on the factors that lead to losing a job. The goal of the current paper is to highlight the factors having an impact on job loss and assess the level of their influence. In order to reach the goal, the following task was raised: to prepare a methodology that could help to assess the indicated job-loss factors. The obtained results revealed that the most powerful factors having an impact on job-loss are redundancy, termination of a temporary employment contract and other reasons that include company’s buncruptoancy, work automatisation, etc.
