Abstract

The article represents the concept of strategy and strategy design, analyzes the strategy plan and strategic development. Based on the main concepts of the strategy, the strategic management and development phases are analyzed. The information is analyzed theoretically with examples used in company practice, the main authors interpretations are distinguished, the main models and definitions are reviewed and discussed.
