Methods of optimization methods in production procesess

Abstract

Optimization of production processes nowadays is one of the most important premises in order an organization is able to ensure smooth process of production. Moreover, it is equally important in respect of aim to ensure the effectiveness of organization‘s activity, increase its efficiency in order an organization is reacting timely and in a good manner to the changes of the markets. Theory provides various methods of production process optimization, nevertheless, they are not suitable for every organization. Any single undertaking by aiming to ensure smooth process of production, must not only use the methods (described in the theory), but also take into account the peculiarities of that particular organization (which carries out production. This is the main idea which is provided in this research paper (by discussing various methods and related literature).
