Technology acceptance models in electronic commerce

The modern world promotes the deployment of information technology in organizational structures and changes business processes that can give a company a competitive edge. In order to promote organizational competitiveness, information technology has created electronic commerce that helps to exchange product information services, including bids, or to buy or sell physical products. This article aims to evaluate the technology acceptance models that are most commonly used in research related to IT. Described in the literature part of electronic commerce are the most commonly encountered concepts. Technology adoption models were described - TRA, TPB, TAM, TAM2 and UTAUT model. These models are most commonly encountered in the field of IT for consumer behavior. The advantages, benefits and disadvantages of the models have been evaluated.
