Communication features in the context of strategic management of organization: theoretical approach

The success of modern organizations in a competitive market is determined by many factors, from which internal communication, professional management and proper establishment and selection of the corporate governance structure are among the most important determinants of success. Effective internal communication is one of the most important elements of the successful functioning of the organization, which ensure smooth operation that creates a harmonious relationship between employees and management and influences decision-making processes. But for incoming businesses, internal communication poses a risk. As businesses expand and become increasingly sophisticated, internal communication becomes increasingly complex and confusing. To solve this problem, this article seeks to analyze the peculiarities of internal communication in the context of strategic management and to develop a theoretical model of internal communication management. The research carried out is based on the analysis of scientific literature.
